RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

1. Time application

By approving a request to return and/or refund a product before expiration, subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in this Returns and Refunds Policy and as part of the Terms of Service, we I protect the interests of the Buyer. We have a 30-day return policy on physical goods, excluding add-ons, meaning you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

2. Conditions apply

Goods and products have a no-refund policy, but cancellations can be requested until the time the order is submitted and accepted for fulfillment. This is due to the nature of the product and the fact that it is due to the distribution and order processing process, where each product has an order placed with a time lag. You can exchange your product for a new one if the product arrives with any of the following conditions:

  • Receiving products that are fake or counterfeit;
  • Product not received;
  • Not receiving all ordered products;
    The seller delivered the wrong product to the buyer (e.g. wrong size, wrong color, etc.);
  • The product received by the Buyer is materially different from the information provided by the Seller in the product description;

All returns will be inspected to ensure the aforementioned requirements have been met. We reserve the right to refuse to accept returns if the item does not comply with the specified requirements. All returns are strictly prohibited for perishable goods.

If your return is approved, we will send you an email with a return label and shipping instructions for your box. We will not accept any items returned to us without first requesting return.

3. Items for sale and liquidation

Only standard priced items may be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, items that are on sale or on clearance cannot be returned.

4. Condition of the returned item

(1) Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packing.

(2) In order to provide evidence for comparison or a complaint later, buyers must record a video or take photos of the product as soon as they receive it and while packaging a returned item.

(3) There are some cases where only a partial refund is available:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or for reasons beyond our fault.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

5. The cut-off for canceling an order

Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction. We regret that after three hours, order cancellation is not supported.

Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of approval or rejection of your return.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs in cases that are not due to our error. Your refund, if any, will be deducted from the return shipping costs.

The time it takes for your order to reach you may vary.

If you’re returning more expensive items, consider sending them with trackable service or purchasing shipment insurance. That we will receive your interest is not a promise we make.

7. Refund process

Please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.

Once we receive your request, we will review and notify you of approval or denial of your refund. You will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your return once it has been inspected. Additionally, we will notify you whether your refund request is accepted or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method, which may include Paypal or a linked bank account, within 30 days.

Within a predetermined number of days from receiving your approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method. Friend.
